Tips for choosing
- Check whether the pool is outdoor or heated. If you want to swim in winter or early spring, a property with a heated pool lets you enjoy it in any season.
- Capacity figures are maximums. For groups and families, checking the number of bedrooms as well will make your stay more comfortable.
- Rates are generally per villa. “From approx. ¥X per night” is the lowest guide price at the time of research and varies by season, day of the week and party size. Remote islands tend to see larger swings in peak season.
- Booking through each property’s official website is the most reliable option. Check availability and shuttle services on the official site as well.
