A dining inn in the Ichirino highlands deep in the mountains of Hakusan, Ishikawa. Around a 100-year-old irori hearth relocated from an old farmhouse, guests grill A5 Hida and Noto wagyu, wild game and organic Hakusan vegetables over charcoal. Private open-air and cypress baths, a sauna and a forest glamping BBQ are also available.
