The kitchen features A5 Hida and Noto wagyu, wild boar, deer and bear game from a butcher ten minutes away, and organic local vegetables, prepared additive-free with home-grown rice, seasonings and honey; halal, vegan and gluten-free requests can be accommodated. Bathing options include private open-air rock and cypress baths drawn from Hakusan spring water (not a hot spring), a public bath, a private bedrock bath and a sauna, plus a glamping BBQ in a forest tent.
