Granphil Resorts Tobu is a complex resort that opened in March 2026 in Shiraoka, Saitama, billed as Japan's first to combine glamping with a zoo and an amusement park, set right beside Tobu Zoo. Rooms come in two types: the Symphony Villa, with a private dog run for guests staying with their dogs and Simmons beds, and the Adventure Dome, each fitted with a private self-loyly sauna under a dome that frames the night sky. Dinner is a glamping BBQ using local Saitama ingredients, from the hearty Savanna meat BBQ to premium and standard courses, a kids' BBQ and a bring-your-own sudomari plan. Guests can also enjoy exclusive activities such as the guided after-dark Adventure Night animal tour (for Adventure Dome guests), a Savanna Terrace morning inside the zoo before it opens, and stargazing; dogs are not allowed inside Tobu Zoo. It is about 15 minutes by taxi from Tobu-dobutsu-koen Station, or 20 minutes from the Kuki IC, with free guest parking; check the official site for rates and availability.
