On Shimo-Kamagari Island along the Tobishima Kaido in Kure, this private glamping retreat takes only two groups a day across two cabins. Each cabin is glazed on both the sea and mountain sides, so guests take in an ocean view and a mountain view at once, and sleeps two to five people; cabin B accepts dogs with no breed or number limit, in a net-enclosed yard where they can run off-lead. Every cabin has its own barrel sauna and a heated outdoor jacuzzi facing the Seto Inland Sea, plus a mini kitchen with an IH stove, a private sanitary room and a fire pit. Meals range from grilling sets of Hiroshima produce (Casual or Luxury) and a visiting-chef plan to a bring-your-own room-only stay, and activities include SUP, fishing charters, cycling and lomi lomi massage. It is about an hour by car from central Hiroshima across the Akinada Bridge, with a pick-up service to JR Hiro Station by arrangement.
