A rental house on the southern shore of Sado Island at Ogi in Sado City, Niigata. It is the only property on the island with a sunset beach and spa, and the sea begins directly in front.
There are four-person and six-person houses. Every villa looks out at the water, and from the four- and six-person units the sunset is visible directly. The pool and jacuzzi open in summer.
Rates are set per house rather than per person. Unlike a room-based inn, each is a detached, independent space with no contact with other guests.
No meals are served. You cook in the fitted kitchen or go out to eat on the island. BBQ is an optional extra, with equipment available to rent.
Pets can stay, though this requires notice in advance and confirmation of the conditions. Access is by car from Ogi Port or Ryotsu Port. Rates start at 28,000 yen per house.
