The garden holds a pool and a sauna, with palm trees moving overhead, which gives the place less the feel of the Chiba coast than of somewhere tropical. Swim, sweat, come back out to the garden: the whole circuit stays inside the property.
The grounds are wide enough to let a dog off the lead, and pets are welcome to stay.
You can BBQ here, and with the sea close by there is room for water activities. The Kujukuri coast runs some 60 kilometres of continuous sand, so surfing and swimming spots are never far.
You reach it by car from the Ken-O Expressway direction. Rates start at 69,000 yen a night.
