BAMBOO RESORT MIHAMA Tsunagu is a glamping, camping and day-BBQ ground surrounded by bamboo groves in Mihama on the Chita Peninsula, opened in summer 2022. Five dome tents in Modern and Marine styles each sleep up to six, with air conditioning, a shower, washlet toilet, fridge and BBQ grill, and glamping guests get free soft drinks throughout their stay. Meals feature Chita seafood and local vegetables, and seasonal activities include a wood-fired goemon drum bath, bamboo lantern making, bamboo-shoot digging in spring and strawberry picking in winter. It is about 10 minutes by car from the Mihama IC, or a 10-minute walk from Noma Station with a free shuttle available; check the official site for rates and availability.
