Beside a lake within the vast 3.4-million-square-metre national Bihoku Kyuryo Park in Shobara, Hiroshima, this lakeside glamping site uses hemispherical dome tents styled with Nordic interiors, double-skinned for insulation and air-conditioned for year-round comfort. There are three room types: the Lake View Dome, the 7m dog-friendly Dog Dome, and the huge 10m Premier Dome (78.5 sqm, about 4m ceiling, for 8 up to 10 guests). Every dome has its own covered dining space and private shower, bathtub and toilet, with a wood stove in winter. Dinner is a Hiroshima farm-to-table BBQ of Hiba beef, local beef, Hiroshima herb chicken and Shobara game, with sukiyaki in autumn and winter, and a bring-your-own plan is available. The surrounding park offers seasonal flowers, activities and one of the Chugoku-Shikoku region's largest winter illuminations.
