This glamping site spreads across the vast nature of Minamiaso in Kumamoto. You can stay in an open dome tent, a log house with a sauna and a private garden jacuzzi, or a Mongolian ger, and there are also powered auto-camping sites. The domes and gers have their toilet and shower in a dedicated block and are air-conditioned, so they suit families with small children. Dining is at Caldera, a charcoal grill where you can enjoy Aso's specialty akaushi beef and horse meat over charcoal, with BBQ sets and free-flow drinks (day-trip BBQ is also available). Overnight guests can use the free-flowing Ryujin hot spring at a special rate.
