Private Villa asoha stands on a low hill at Kain in Minamiaso Village, Aso, Kumamoto. One group a day, and unstaffed, so it works much like having your own holiday house. It sleeps eight.
There are three bedrooms: one Western-style and two tatami rooms. The Western room is furnished with a Serta frame and mattress and a down duvet.
On the terrace are a gas BBQ setup and an open-air jacuzzi. Grill, get in the water, come back out. Being up on a hill, there is little to block the view.
A telescope is kept here, to be returned indoors after use. Minamiaso sits in a basin ringed by the five peaks of Aso, and the sky goes properly dark at night.
Kitchen equipment, cookware and Wi-Fi are provided. You reach it by car from Aso Kumamoto Airport or central Kumamoto.
