A private villa in Maeda, Onna Village, Kunigami District, Okinawa, taking one group a day. The building was the residential studio of composer Masato Nakamura, and it is furnished with pieces gathered from around the world. It is run by the Kato Pleasure Group.
There are three bedrooms. Ubud, room 1, has three beds including a king and sleeps up to four, with a tent sauna in its bathroom. Kuta, room 2, is a twin for two, and Tegallalang, room 3, has three beds for three. There is a dining kitchen and a large garden, and from the pool you can watch the sun go down into the East China Sea.
For food there is a BBQ course of Okinawan ingredients grilled over charcoal, or you can cook for yourselves in the private kitchen as you would at a house party. Free transfers run to affiliated restaurants, where guests get a Ryukyu Italian or Ryukyu BBQ course with a stay benefit. A butler service is available on request.
Naha Airport is about an hour away by car, roughly 36 km via Route 58. A free shuttle service is also offered.
