Hasta Manana is a two-storey villa at Nakama in Onna Village, Kunigami, Okinawa, a base for touring the north of the main island. It opened in 2017 and sleeps up to eight.
Bedding runs to two semi-double beds, two singles and four futon sets, which is why it gets booked by three-generation trips and long stays. An open kitchen comes with a fridge and freezer, cookware and tableware, and there is a washer and dryer with detergent and softener provided, so living here works. There are two televisions, four air conditioners, an air purifier, a coffee maker and free Wi-Fi. Bath and toilet are separate, and the toilet has a washlet.
Check-in and check-out happen at the affiliated property, The Pool Resort Okinawa. You complete the formalities at their front desk and a staff member then directs you to the villa, about fifteen minutes away by car.
The pool at that affiliated property is free for you to use, with poolside BBQ, night swimming and projection mapping running all year.
No staff are stationed at the villa itself. Naha Airport is about 70 minutes away by car via the Okinawa Expressway, or straight up Route 58. The nearest convenience store is about 13 minutes on foot. Parking takes roughly four ordinary cars. Arrival is from 15:00 with a last check-in at 22:00, and departure is by 10:00.
