A whole-house stay for one group a day at Arakawa Onsen in Tamanoura on the west of Fukue Island, with a hot spring in the room, a barrel sauna and a free rental car for guests.
Miyako Bettei is a whole-house stay at Arakawa in Tamanoura, Goto City, Nagasaki, on the western side of Fukue Island in the Arakawa hot-spring area. One group a day, five guests at most.
The room comes with its own natural hot spring, so there is no need to go out for a bath. There is also a barrel sauna, and sauna ponchos, sauna hats and a birch loyly set are lent free of charge.
Dinner is booked separately as a course. From January 2025 courses for a single guest were added; the Shinsei Zeitaku, Shinsei Goto Zanmai and Shinsei Kue Nabe courses take bookings from two people.
Guests are given a rental car at no charge. Bus services on Fukue Island are limited, so having a car changes how far you can go. From Fukue Port and Goto Tsubaki Airport there is a transfer, by advance reservation, to the check-in counter inside the Tsurishimasu tackle shop; there is no transfer to the house itself or to sightseeing spots.
Amenities are provided as one set per guest for stays of up to three days. No pets other than guide dogs may stay. Check-in is between 15:00 and 18:00, with online check-in offered if you arrive later, and check-out is at 11:00. Rates run from 29,800 to 82,800 yen a night depending on party size and season.
