Shimairo Nagate is a whole-house villa on a hill in Nagate, Goto City, on Fukue Island in Nagasaki, with the sea visible from its rise. It sleeps five.
There is a sauna and an open-air bath. Sauna ponchos, sauna hats and a birch loyly set are lent free of charge, so the sequence runs from a good sweat to soaking with the sea in view.
Dinner is booked separately as a course. From January 2025 courses bookable for a single guest were added; the Shinsei Zeitaku, Shinsei Goto Zanmai and Shinsei Kue Nabe courses take bookings from two people.
From Fukue Port and Goto Tsubaki Airport there is a transfer, by advance reservation, to the check-in counter inside the Tsurishimasu tackle shop. There is no direct transfer to the villa itself, and none to sightseeing spots. Fukue is about ten minutes away by car.
As an environmental measure, amenities are provided as one set per guest for stays of up to three days. No pets other than guide dogs may stay. Check-in is between 15:00 and 18:00, with online check-in offered if you arrive after 18:00, and check-out is at 11:00. Rates run from 18,600 yen for one guest up to 75,900 yen for five.
