Nature Live Rokko is an all-inclusive, whole-cottage glamping in a 'sky cottage' with sweeping views from the heights of Mt. Rokko in Kobe. Throughout the stay a dedicated 'glamping attendant' looks after everything from preparing the charcoal to managing the fire and clearing up, so even first-timers at outdoor cooking and families can relax. The centrepiece is a cuisine-glamping dinner: a roast of black wagyu (Kobe beef), grilled salad, plank-wood-grilled salmon and an ajillo of Rokko mushrooms and Akashi octopus, all finished by your own hand with the attendant's guidance and free-flowing wine, beer and highballs. Daytime activities include sawing and splitting Rokko logs, roasting coffee over a campfire, treetop bird's-nest seats and forest hammocks, while evenings offer a self-serve campfire bar and stargazing through a high-precision telescope. Guests reach the site by shuttle from a designated car park; about 30 minutes from Kobe-Sannomiya.
