Tips for choosing
- The seascape changes between Setouchi and the Pacific. The Shimanami Kaido and Suo-Oshima offer the calm beauty of overlapping island silhouettes, while Tokushima and Kochi open onto the Pacific all the way to the horizon. Choose by the kind of sea you want to see.
- Plan your access to island stays. The Shimanami Kaido islands can be reached by car or bicycle, but travel times from Honshu and Shikoku vary by island. Check them against your itinerary.
- Mind the pricing unit. Per-villa properties become more affordable per person as your group grows, while per-person pricing is easy to calculate even for small groups.
- Book through the official website. TOMARIBI links to each property’s official website and official booking page.
