Opened in 2021 on the coast of Tsuyazaki in Fukutsu, Fukuoka, GLAMP DOME FUKUOKA FUKUTSU is an oceanfront glamping resort with 16 dome tents in seven room types, each with its own toilet, bathroom and an air-conditioned dining space usable even on rainy days. Choose from ocean-facing Marine domes, a dome with a private barrel sauna, a large tent for up to 12 people, or one of the four dog-friendly domes. Meals centre on a glamping BBQ made with fresh Kyushu seafood and local Fukuoka ingredients, with a bring-your-own BBQ plan also available, and breakfast ranges from Fukutsu sea-bream chazuke to a roast-beef sandwich. Guests can also enjoy a free inclusive welcome bar until 8:30 p.m., a gelato buffet and food experiences such as Yame-tea and coffee roasting. It is about 40 minutes by car from Hakata Station, or roughly 20 minutes from the Koga IC.
