KITO Sekigahara is a private glamping resort in Sekigahara, Gifu, with just five units set across a site of over 3,500 square meters. Guests choose from dome tents, dog cabins with an 80-square-meter private dog run, or spacious villa suites, and every unit comes with an open-air bath and a fire pit. The villa suites add a semi-open-air jacuzzi plus an in-room sauna and a herbal sauna, and a free bar at the front desk serves beer, chu-hai and soft drinks from 17:00 to 20:30. Dinner is a barbecue of Gifu specialties from a local butcher, including branded-pork spare ribs, house-made sausages and grilled local vegetables. It is about a 50-minute drive from central Nagoya and roughly 10 minutes from the Sekigahara IC; check the official site for rates and availability.
