All are single-unit rentals with open, high-ceilinged interiors, a separate bath and toilet, air conditioning and underfloor heating, a fridge and free Wi-Fi, sleeping up to four guests each. Every villa has a firepit circle and both an indoor and an outdoor kitchen, and you can gaze at the stars or gather around the fire on the terrace as the season allows. Meals are a private BBQ under a roofed space (bring your own or a select-ingredient course, with meal-included or room-only plans), and breakfast comes basket-style with a view of the lake; there is also a special King's Camp plan that pitches an Airstream by Lake Biwa.
