The only villa standing on Iritahama in Shimoda, a beach known for its water quality. Each of the two houses has three bedrooms and a wooden deck of over 70 sqm, with an infinity pool that runs toward the sea and an open-air goemon bath.

A villa above the beach at Iritahama in Kisami, Shimoda, Shizuoka, a stretch known for the clarity of its water. It is the only villa on this beach, designed by M Architects.
There are two houses, A and B, each with three bedrooms. Each has a wooden deck and balcony of more than 70 square metres, from which an infinity pool runs out toward the sea. There is also a jacuzzi, an open-air goemon bath and a BBQ area usable in any weather. The furniture is by Poltrona Frau.
Up to six adults stay for the same rate. Izukyu-Shimoda Station on the Izukyuko line is about 12 minutes away by taxi, a distance of roughly 5.3 km.
