Enpile Villa is a whole-rental villa at Naruse in Saku, Nagano, for guests travelling with pets. It normally takes four, six at most, and feels like arriving at your own holiday house.
A barrel sauna stands in the private dog garden. The barrel sauna is an old Finnish form, a cabin whose circle has no beginning and no end. Being private, there is nobody else to consider. While you are inside, your dog can be beside you in its own tub.
The kitchen is fully equipped, so your dog's meals can go on as they normally would. There is also a service offering salon-quality grooming for you and your dog together.
Saku looks north to Mt. Asama and south to Mt. Tateshina and Yatsugatake. The town spreads around Sakudaira Station at 700 metres above sea level, with a population just under 100,000, so nature and convenience sit together. Nagano has topped the ranking of prefectures people most want to move to for 18 consecutive years, and the villa welcomes guests considering a move to Saku.
Sakudaira Station is 12 minutes away by car and Karuizawa 40. Tokyo is about 75 minutes by shinkansen, or about 100 minutes by car between Nerima IC and Saku IC. Rates start at 13,500 yen per person.
