SAJIMA Funny house sits at the top of the slope opposite Shonan Sunnyside Marina in Sajima, Yokosuka, Kanagawa, on grounds of roughly 315 square metres, about an hour from central Tokyo.
The main bedroom holds a king bed and a sofa set, and opens through a wall of glass onto a balcony. On that balcony is a jacuzzi you can sit in while watching the sea. A separate annex in the garden holds a second, smaller bedroom with a queen bed, a washbasin and a washer-dryer.
Beside the entrance is a quiet tatami room. The living room has a sofa, an 80-inch television, a Bluetooth speaker and Wi-Fi. The kitchen runs along a counter like a dining bar, with a three-ring induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and wine cooler, plus pans, pots, a kettle, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, cutlery, plates and glassware.
The garden is laid out in lawn and tile, and takes a BBQ.
Capacity is four, with children of ten and over counted as adults. One small dog may come as a paid option at 8,000 yen including tax, after which the house emails its pet policy with your confirmation.Entry is at 15:00, with departure by 11:00.
