There are three bedrooms holding six beds. Bedding has been chosen with care, and you can pick between two kinds of pillow. The large living-room window opens onto forest that changes through the year: snow in winter, green in spring and summer, colour in autumn. Furniture and tableware were selected by the owner.
The bath is a hinoki semi-open-air one. In the back garden there is an outdoor barrel sauna and a cold bath, free to use, with robes and sauna hats available to rent. On the balcony sits a bioethanol fire pit, easy to light and simple to handle. A hot spring is available at the adjoining hotel, a minute away on foot.
BBQ is free, and there is a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, a work space with a monitor and printer, and free parking for two to three cars.You can arrive from 15:00 and stay until 10:00 the next morning. JR Hakuba Station is about ten minutes away by car. Rates start at 80,000 yen in the green season with a two-night minimum, and 190,000 yen in the snow season with a four-night minimum.
