A whole-house villa on 760 sqm overlooking Nagura Bay on Ishigaki. It has one of the largest private pools in the district and a bath with a jacuzzi, and sits in a designated scenic zone of red tile and white plaster that falls quiet at night.

A whole-house villa on Ishigaki with a full view of Nagura Bay, on grounds totalling 760 square metres. The name comes from the idea that, like a sommelier delivering a perfect evening through wine, the house should give each guest their best possible time.
It has one of the largest private pools in the district and a bath fitted with a jacuzzi. A BBQ set is lent free of charge, so you can grill Ishigaki produce at the poolside. There are two bedrooms, along with a kitchen, Wi-Fi and parking.
The area around the villa is a designated scenic zone, lined with traditional hipped-roof buildings unified by Ryukyu red tile and white plaster walls. After nine in the evening there is no noise, and the sky fills with stars.
Quiet as it is, the airport, the town and the sights are all easy to reach. Nagura Bay, known for its sunsets, is within walking distance, and Kabira Bay is within 30 minutes. The ferry terminal for the outer islands is under 20 minutes away, so day trips further out are possible. Bookings follow the guidance on the official site.
