A one-group-per-day private villa directly in front of Zaimokuza beach in Kamakura, Kanagawa. Indoor space and terrace together come to 179.77 square metres, laid out as a two-bedroom.
The structure uses a skip floor, and the living room ceiling stands 3.35 metres high. The whole villa faces the ocean, with a terrace running toward the water. Both bedrooms are oceanfront: one a twin with two single beds, the other with a double. The beds are Simmons.
There is a private sauna, a cold bath and a shower room, and the sea is visible from the tub as well.
This is the first UMITO villa to accept dogs. The living room has pet floor coating so paws do not slip, and a dedicated crate, a pet waste bin and a selected set of pet amenities are provided. Guests bringing a dog should check the accompanying rules.
Access is by car or bus from JR Kamakura Station, right beside Zaimokuza beach. Rates start at 228,000 yen per night.
