Tips for choosing
- Mind the full-occupancy math. The “per person” figures in this article assume the maximum number of guests. With a smaller group, the per-person cost rises, so choose based on the balance between how many people you can gather and the property’s capacity.
- Check the pricing unit. This list mixes per-building and per-person properties. Always confirm the pricing structure on the official site: per building or per person, and whether meals and amenities are included.
- Meal arrangements differ by property. Some offer BBQ-ingredient or all-inclusive plans; others assume you bring your own food. Comparing total cost is the way to go.
