A private resort on the shore at Atsuhama in Nakagawara, Sumoto City, Hyogo, on Awaji Island. It runs on a 24-hour model, from 11:00 on the day of arrival to 11:00 the next, so the clock stops mattering.
Rooms fall into two lines. SUITE VILLA comprises NAGI Suite on the third floor and TSUKI Suite on the fourth, new suites that opened for booking in December 2025. RESORT VILLA comprises SANGO Villa and NAMI Villa on the ground floor and HOSHI Villa and SORA Villa above. Two buildings, four rooms, all with an outstanding ocean view.
Every unit has a sauna, a jacuzzi, a pool, a BBQ grill and a pizza oven. From the jacuzzi bathroom you look out at bright water and the horizon. An 85-inch television carries Netflix at no charge.
For dinner you choose between an Awaji beef BBQ and a premium sukiyaki set, and breakfast brings a morning set of fresh salad, fruit and bread. Drinks in the shared facility are served until 19:00.
Kobe is about 60 minutes away, Osaka about 90, and Tsuna-Ichinomiya IC on the Kobe-Awaji-Naruto Expressway about 15 minutes by car. Parking is free for eight cars. Rates start at 132,000 yen per night.
