Glamping Terrace Awaji is a five-unit high-spec glamping site near Taga Beach in Awaji City, Hyogo, where every unit comes with a private open-air onsen bath. Rooms come in two styles - a round dome tent and the Stella Dome, described as Japan's first original diamond-shaped tent - both air-conditioned and each with its own fire pit, an all-weather dining space and a private toilet and bathroom. Dinner is a glamping BBQ of Awaji beef and pork steaks, fresh sausages and Dutch-oven-cooked Awaji rice, with a self-catering plan also available. Activities include smoking and popcorn making and a pick-your-own island-vegetable market, and the Stella Dome with a private dog run welcomes guests with dogs.
