About two hours from Tokyo, this luxury glamping site faces the Pacific in the Isohara area of Kita-Ibaraki, with sunrises rising over the horizon. Rooms are varied: 6 m half-dome tents (Classic, Terrace and Air), imported glamping trailers (Luxury, Standard and Dog) and an ocean-view villa, all air-conditioned year-round, with the dome tents having their own shower and toilet. The adjoining Yukappe bathhouse has a superb-view bath on its second floor overlooking the horizon, free and unlimited for guests, and a sea-facing barrel sauna with a cold plunge is available as an option. Dinner is a glamping BBQ using Hitachi beef and seafood delivered from Otsu Port, from a basic to a premium course, with room-only bring-your-own plans and a daytime ocean-view BBQ as well. A dog trailer with a private dog run welcomes pets. It is about 10 minutes by car from the Kita-Ibaraki IC, or a free 5-minute shuttle from Isohara Station for guests.
