A camp-and-glamping site at the foot of the mountains inside a UNESCO Eco Park in Minami-Alps City, Yamanashi, about 90 minutes by car from central Tokyo. The glamping rooms are original tiny houses built from Japanese cedar, offered in three types for up to eight guests, each with its own private deck; by day they look out over the Kofu basin and Mt. Fuji, and by night over the city lights and stars. Meals are served at the on-site cafe and dining restaurant, from local-ingredient camp dishes and pizza and pasta to a full dinner course, and the grounds also have a wood-fired Japanese-cypress private sauna with a scenic view, a private bath, a shared dog run with a grooming salon, and esthetic treatments, with dog-friendly rooms available too.
