Glamping Village Fuji Kawaguchiko is one of Yamanashi's largest villa-and-dome glamping resorts, with 30 units set among tall conifers at over 1,000 m elevation in Narusawa village, about 90 minutes by car from Tokyo. Every unit has an in-room bath fed by sodium-rich natural hot-spring water, and the one-building villa types (sleeping up to six) add a private sauna with a plunge bath of Mt. Fuji spring water; several villa and dome types are dog-friendly with private dog runs. Dinner is a BBQ of Yamanashi produce served in a covered private dining space, and a free Nature Bar in the woods pours local wine and sake in the evening.
