A one-group-per-day villa looking out at Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi. The whole set, house, garden and barrel sauna, is let to you and run unstaffed; the sauna takes swimwear and runs until 23:00.

A one-group-per-day villa at Oishi in Fujikawaguchiko, Yamanashi, looking out at Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, opened in August 2024. It has three bedrooms and sleeps ten, counting children charged a child rate.
What you rent is not just the rooms. The building, the garden, the sauna and all associated facilities on the site are let by the night. The property runs unstaffed, so nobody is watching.
The barrel sauna comes with a cold bath, and you use it while watching Fuji and the lake change by the minute.Check-in is between 16:00 and 18:00, with check-out at 11:00. BBQ takes place in the garden.
Facilities include Wi-Fi, an IH kitchen, parking for five cars and one EV charging space for a fee. Arrival is between 16:00 and 18:00, departure by 11:00. Up to four guests pay the same rate, with charges added from the fifth. If more people are found staying than were declared, an extra 20,000 yen per person is payable on site.
