This is a private resort on Awaji Island in Hyogo, let whole to one group a day. It has five rooms in total and sleeps up to six, with room enough for three households travelling together.
On the terrace is a private pool with a jacuzzi and underwater lighting. It is not only for swimming in summer: it serves as the cold plunge after the sauna, or as an outdoor bath. At night it becomes a lit pool, and your dog can swim in it with you.
On the grounds stands a barrel sauna built to the resort's own specification, yours to use as long as you like with nobody watching. For anyone who finds a cold plunge too sharp, the jacuzzi offers a gentler way down. There is a theatre room as well.
Dogs may stay. A range of amenities for them is provided, which keeps your luggage down, and they are welcome on the beds.
Dinner can be a BBQ plan where a chef's selected ingredients are grilled over a large gas grill, so you arrive empty-handed and eat premium cuts. There is also a room-only plan where you bring your own ingredients. The grill is gas and lights at the push of a button, so anyone can work it. Bringing your own burners is not permitted; the fitted grill is what you use.
There is a BBQ room, a kitchen, free Wi-Fi and parking for two cars.
