Tsuki to Taiyo, the rental houses at Kamitaga in Atami, Shizuoka, come in four types depending on party size and purpose. EN ATAMI is one of them, taken by a single group per day, with four bedrooms sleeping ten.
Set where it looks out on Sagami Bay, it has a Finnish sauna with self-loyly and Atami hot-spring water. There is an open-air bath and a pool, and BBQ on the terrace. With a kitchen on hand, cooking what you have shopped for is a workable way to spend the stay.
Small dogs may come along and use the shared dog run. Facilities include Wi-Fi and a projector, and parking takes three compact cars.
Atami Station is about 45 minutes from Tokyo Station by shinkansen, and the house about 20 minutes from the station by car. Rates start at 19,700 yen per person for a room-only stay with ten adults.
