A one-group-per-day private villa on the shore at Shiramazu in Minamiboso, Chiba. The building is three storeys of reinforced concrete, 577 square metres in total, with a lift.
Inside there is a living room and a reception room, a dining kitchen, three guest rooms, a view jacuzzi, a nest room with a 100-inch home theatre, a roof deck and a garden terrace. Guest room A is 103 sqm with twin beds, its own bath, toilet and laundry, sleeping up to three; room B is 39 sqm with twin beds for two; room C is 60 sqm with twin beds, bath and toilet for up to four. All three have terraces. There is also a barrel sauna and an open-air bath fed by Tateyama onsen.
For dinner you can book a private chef course, cooked in front of you in the villa kitchen, or a premium BBQ built on Boso produce, or bring your own ingredients and cater for yourselves. Check-in runs from 15:00 to 18:00 and check-out is by 11:00. The villa takes up to eight guests; pets and smoking are not permitted. Parking is for three cars, two of them in a private shuttered garage. Height limits are 2.4 m at the entrance gate and 2.1 m in the garage.
