Rental houses on the Amakusa shore at Oyano in Kami-Amakusa, Kumamoto. Every room faces the ocean, and from any of them the water is a step away.
There are two types. The VILLA is a whole-house rental, with A, B and C each sleeping six. The CRUISER is a cottage with a cruiser cabin attached, sleeping three.
Each Villa runs 72.04 square metres: 51.34 indoors and 20.70 on the terrace. The bedrooms are shaped in waves, echoing the calm Amakusa sea, which produces a sense of being held by the water. Beds are one double or two singles, and with four folding mattresses provided the house takes up to six. The kitchen area is open and easy to move between bathroom and terrace, and the terrace, joined by a large window, is roomy enough to relax in with the sea in front of you.
Villa C is the one that accepts pets: up to two dogs under 25 kg, or three small dogs, with vaccination required.
BBQ equipment, free Wi-Fi and parking for about 20 cars are provided. Only the VILLA units have a kitchen.Arrival runs from 15:00 to 18:00 and departure is by 10:00. Matsubase IC is about an hour away by car and Misumi Station about 20 minutes by taxi. Rates run from 39,600 to 83,200 yen depending on party size and meals.
