A whole-house private villa that opened in April 2026 at Tsui in Minamiawaji, Hyogo, in the south of Awaji Island. It sleeps up to eight across four bedrooms.
The terrace holds a large private pool, sized to give a family or group room to spread out, open under blue sky by day and lit at night. The grounds also hold a spacious proper sauna, laid out with room to move.
BBQ takes place on the open terrace. Open flames may not be brought in, so the built-in gas BBQ grill is used. Indoors there is an island kitchen with an IH hob and a fridge.
Until 21:00, fireworks are permitted in the property's car park. The nearest swimming beach is about seven minutes away by car, and the setting takes in the sunset.
From central Osaka the journey is about an hour and 45 minutes, with roughly 15 minutes after leaving Seidan-Mihara IC. From central Tokushima it is 45 minutes, coming off at Awajishima-Minami IC.
